What ages are your craft kits suitable for?
Our kits are designed for crafters of all ages! Most kits are ideal for ages 5 and up, though younger children may need a little adult supervision with finer assembly tasks like keychain assembly or ceramic detailing.
What comes inside a Build-a-Bear product kit?
Each kit includes your plush animal skin, soft polyfill stuffing, a birth certificate to make it official, and a heart insert to place inside before sealing it up—no sewing required!
Is the pre-made slime safe and non-toxic?
Yes! All of our slimes are made with kid-safe, non-toxic ingredients. While they smell amazing and look fun, they are not edible, so please keep them away from small children and pets.
How do I dry or set my painted ceramics?
Our ceramic painting kits come with water-based acrylic paints that air-dry naturally within 2 to 4 hours.
Are the lip gloss ingredients safe for sensitive skin?
Our lip gloss kits use gentle, cosmetic-grade, non-toxic ingredients. We recommend doing a quick patch test on your wrist before full application if you have known skin sensitivities or allergies.
Ordering, Shipping & Parties
Do you take bulk orders for birthday parties or events?
Absolutely! Our craft kits make fantastic party favors and group activities. For orders of 20 or more kits, please reach out through our contact form so we can discuss custom bundles or bulk rates.
Can I request themed bears or characters not listed on the website?
Yes! If you are planning a themed party and want specific plush animals or bears that aren't currently listed on our site, please reach out to us. For all special custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied toward your final balance.
How long will it take to receive my kit?
You can expect to receive your kit within 3–5 business days after placing your order. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.
What if a piece is missing or my order arrives damaged?
We pack every kit with care, but if you're missing an item or received a damaged piece, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. You can call or text us at 240-210-2874 or email us at info@thecreationpartystation.com, and we’ll be happy to make it right!
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our craft materials and DIY products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order or an item arrives damaged, please reach out to our team within 48 hours so we can assist you.
